I'm unsure of all the areas affected right now, it appears to be a large part of Kirkland and several areas in Seattle. Many people are reporting new problems connecting to Zipcon. If you are having sudden problems connecting to Zipcon, I would appreciate your help in trying to get this isolated and solved. Worldcom has requested that I give them times of calls into their phone lines, and the numbers that the calls originated from.
