This is a view of Fauntleroy from the water (duh!). Lincoln Park is to the left, my parents live about 2 blocks up the hill to the right.
| Fauntleroy is home to a ferry terminal. The ferry carries commuters to Vashon Island and the Olympic Penninsula. Vashon is home to the guy who played Clif on "Cheers", and also the guy who wrote "Bloom County". When I was a kid, I sold newspapers on the dock.
| This is Lincoln Park, about a 10 minute walk from my parents house. I spent many hours playing in it and climbing these hills in the background. The rains last winter caused many landslides and damage, as shown here.

More Lincoln Park. These tubes are actually a venting system to an underground restroom. Very futuristic looking!
| More Lincoln Park. You can see more landslide damage in the back.
| This is a group of kids learning about fish in Fauntleroy Creek, which runs though the back of my parents house. I think this picture was taken behind the neighbors house.
