Payment:
Full payment by money order or check must accompany your order. Orders by personal check will be sent approximately three weeks after receipt thereof to assure the check clears. A fee of $25.00 bank fee will be charged upon all returned checks. So, speed your delivery time and decrease your risk: get a money order. I'm considering the viability of joining Paypal for my small, side business.

Shipping:
Shipping and handling is two dollars. All manuals are sent via U.S. Post Office, first class mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Orders outside the continental U.S. may require additional charges. I'll advise by email or phone when orders have been sent.
Pricing:
The cost of the manual is sixteen dollars plus shipping. Residents of Washington State must include 8.8% sales tax of $1.41. Total cost with tax and shipping is $19.41.
